Main features: Red Eye Reduction, Brightness, Contrast, Sepia, Color Filter,NTSCColorFilter, Hue, Saturation, Lightness, Desaturate, Gamma, Blend, Diffuse, Interlace, Oil Paint, Rotate, Flip Horizontal, Flip Vertical, GrayScale, Invert , Sharpen, Smooth, Blur, MotionBlur, Gaussian Blur, Edge Detect, RankOrderFilter, Emboss, Pixelate, Mean Removal, Custom 3x3 matrix filter, high quality Bilinear Scaling, Stretch, Trim, Polar Coordinates, Barrel Distort, Water Drops, Twirl, Wave, Surface Wave, Chroma Key Masking, Render Clouds, Render Wood, Render Marble, Render Textile, Render Labyrinth, PageCurl and a IProgressHandler Interface support for every filter. The PictureEffects also supports masking for most of the effects.PictureEffects works on MacOS Classic, MacOS X, Linux and Windows systems.
